Q. Is the jewellery hypoallergenic?
Selected YONIQ.WOMAN pieces are hypoallergenic. Please check the individual product description for the material and specifications before purchasing.
Q. Is your jewellery anti-tarnish?
Our jewellery is designed with finishes that help resist tarnishing with proper care. However, no jewellery can be guaranteed to remain tarnish-free indefinitely. Exposure to water, sweat, perfumes and chemicals can affect the finish over time.

Q. How long does shipping take?
Orders are generally delivered within 5–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service.
Q. Do you offer COD?
Yes! Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and locations.
Q. What is the COD fee?
A ₹99 COD handling fee is applicable to COD orders. Choosing prepaid payment gives you 5% OFF and helps us process your order faster.

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product. Our team will review the issue and assist you according to our policy.

Mystery Scoop lets you scoop your way to a surprise jewellery haul. The jewellery is randomly selected, making every scoop a fun reveal. Each order includes the minimum number of pieces mentioned on the product page, plus a FREE GIFT.
Q. Can I choose the jewellery in my YQ TREASURE order?
YQ TREASURE is designed to be a mystery experience, so the exact jewellery pieces are randomly selected. You may not be able to choose specific designs or pieces.
Q. How many jewellery pieces will I receive?
The number of pieces depends on the YQ TREASURE option you purchase. The minimum number of pieces is clearly mentioned on each product page.
Q. Do I get a free gift with YQ TREASURE?
Yes! 🎁 Every eligible Mystery Dice and Mystery Scoop order includes a FREE GIFT.
Q. Will every YQ TREASURE order be different?
That's part of the fun! ✨ Since the jewellery is randomly selected, your treasure may be different from someone else's. Duplicate pieces may also be possible.
